Q: How long will it take to complete a course?
Each of the 3 AGU Online courses available (Full Course, Basic Course or Elective Course), consists of a number of individual modules. The lengths of each module will vary, so the time it will take to complete a module or course will also vary.
However, once you register for a module, you will gain access to that module for 30 days.
If you register for one of the 3 Complete Courses you will have access to that course for 30 days times the amount of modules in the course (e.g. There are 4 modules in the Elective Course, so you will have 120 days to complete the 4 modules in the course.)
Q: I enrolled in a course or module. What happens next?
Once you successfully purchase a course or module, an account will automatically be created for you using the information you provided to the website in the Checkout phase. Your username will be in the format of firstname.lastname. A notification email will also be sent to the email address you provided containing a link to set an account password.
(Keep in mind that this email may be in your Spam or Junk folder, and in some cases it may take some time for this email to arrive in your account. If for some reason you don’t receive this email in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.)
Additionally, you will automatically be logged into the autoglassuniversity.com website upon enrollment, so you can start learning right away!
Q: How do I access the modules and courses after I enroll?
If you are logged into the website, at the top of every page there will be a link that reads “My Account“.
Clicking on that link will bring up a page containing your account information.
When you scroll down further on the page, you will see a section titled “Your Courses“. In this section you will see links to any module or course you have enrolled in.
